  • Tissue sections need to be placed at the outer edge of the slides to be compatible with the VENTANA DISCOVERY System.
  • RNAscope XT FFPE Reagents provide enough reagents for staining 60 slides, based on standard size tissue sections on the slide covering around ¾" x ¾" area.
  • RNAscope XT Target and Control Probes provide enough reagents for staining 30 slides, based on standard size tissue sections on the slide covering around ¾" x ¾" area.
  • RNAscope FFPE Target Probes must be ordered separately, please see our Target Probe Search.

The following additional components will soon be available from Ventana and will be required to run Automated RNAscope XT FFPE Assays.
