1. IR/MAR Gene Amplification Reagent
IR/MAR gene amplification is a technology based on a novel mechanism of gene amplification discovered in cancer cell studies. A DNA fragment containing IR (Initiation Region) and MAR (Matrix Attachment Region) effectively amplifies the copy number of a co-transfected expression vector, leading to high protein production rate. Stable cell lines with high protein expression can be easily obtained by standard transfection methods and drug selection.
2. DNA-damage Biomarker 8-OHdG "8-OHdG Check"
"8-OHdG Check" is a competitive in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantitative measurement of the oxidative DNA adducts 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in various biological samples such as DNA of tissue, serum, urine etc., using anti-8-OHdG monoclonal antibody.

Keratan sulfates (KSs) are sulfated polymers of N-acetyllactosamine structured by repeating (1 3)- -D-galactose-(1 4)- -D-N-acetylglucosamine units, which are generally sulfated at position C6 of the hexosamine and/or galactosamine. There are two types of KSs, type-I and type-II which represent in corneal ECM and in articular cartilage ECM, respectively.

4. Anti Aggrecan (ACAN/Chondroitin sulphate proteoglycan) (5D3) Monoclonal antibody
Aggrecan is the major proteoglycan in articular cartilage and is a primary component in perineuronal nets of the CNS. Fully glycosylated/glycanated aggrecan of articular cartilage has typically an average size of 2,400-2,500 kDa. Its Mr, however, may vary with age and the conditions of the cartilage tissue. The non-glycosylated/non-glycanated core protein has an approximate Mw of 240 kDa.
