Necroptosis is a programmed cell death that occurs in parallel with apoptosis in response to extrinsic death signals. PANoptosis is a coordinated cell death pathway that integrates pyroptosis, apoptosis, and necroptosis. Both processes are driven by specialized multiprotein complexes such as ripoptosome and PANoptosome. arigo offers a series of antibody panels to facilitate the detection of these complexes, supporting research into necroptosis and PANoptosis.
