Biotinylated CD3E ELISA against MAb SP34

Immobilized Anti Human CD3 MAb, mouse IgG1 (Clone # SP34-2) at 2 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD3E, His Tag (Catalog # CDE-H8223) with a linear range of 0.05-2 ng/mL.

Biotinylated CD3E & CD3D heterodimer ELISA against OKT3

Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD3E & CD3D (Catalog # CDD-H82W0) can bind OKT3 with a linear range of 2-39 ng/mL. The biotinylated CD3E & CD3D heterodimers are coated at 1 ug/mL (100 µL/well) on a streptavidin coated plates.
