Purified Allergens

InBio natural and recombinant allergens are purified by affinity chromatography and/or HPLC. Protein identity and amino acid composition are verified by mass spectrometry and by amino acid analysis.

Immune reactivity is validated by monoclonal antibody binding. Purified allergens are also validated for IgE antibody binding. All of it under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System.

LoTox™ Purified Allergens: Made for research

Designed specifically for research studies where endotoxin may influence the cellular response, LoTox™ allergens have very low endotoxin levels (<0.03 EU/µg protein),

making them ideal for human and murine cellular studies using T-cells, APC’s or dendritic cells.
